Gourmet cooking for health

Really healthy cooking can also be really tasty. Many Asians have cooked healthily for centuries. As well as Mediterranean or Middle East cuisines for example. We can learn from them how using only moderate amounts of meat or fish for example can still bring certain tastes to a meal, without overeating on cholesterol or saturated fats. 

Moreover, you can gain a healthy weight and physiology, by eating in abundance if they are the right foods. All you can eat (up to several pounds per day) in fresh fruits, raw and cooked vegetables, legumes, salads and soups is a good basis to start from.

After entering the health coach program, you will receive recipes in your support package to get you started in your first weeks. In short, we recommend a 'flexitarian' food style: be moderate with meats, be ample with fibrous, unrefined plant foods, and experiment with meals that have mushrooms, nuts, seeds and legumes as cornerstones.
